![]() Most of the heattransfer paper is printed using rotaryscreen printing (conventional printing). A design is engraved on screens (long tubular sieves). Using these screens the dye is applied to the paper. Each sieve can print one colour. Since a printing machine can print 12 screens at the same time it is possible to print multicolour designs. Our four state of the art printingmachines can print repeats upto 101 centimeter and up to a width of 1 meter 88 centimeter.
All dyes used are waterbased and are mixed in our computer controlled colourkitchen. This colourkitchen can guarantee colour continuity within very narrow margins, and enables us to choose from more than 12.000 colours in the colour pallet. Thus we can always find a match for you. |
