What is transferprint?

Transferprint is a method for textile printing. First the dye-stuffs are printed onto paper. Later this paper can be used to print fabrics by applying heat and pressure.

The main benefit is that the dyes penetrate deep into the acual fibre. As a result no treatment of the printed fabric is needed to fixate the colours. Also special properties of the fabric such as fire-retardency remain intact.

Transferprint can be used for all sorts of polyester fabrics or other man-made fibres such as Trevira CS
